Dark Horse Direct Customer Update

Dear friends,

We wanted to let all of our customers and fans know that due to the current wildfires happening across Oregon at this time, Dark Horse Direct has been experiencing power & internet outages at varying times, and currently our staff is at risk of evacuation. Please bear with us as there will be delays in order fulfillment and customer service response time. We’re diligently working as quickly as possible to ship out orders and return customer service inquiries, while also trying to best maintain the safety of our employees during this trying time. 

 

UPDATE: 9/15/20

Due to the hazardous air quality in our business offices and warehouse area, some of our local operations are being affected in Portland, Oregon. With employee safety in mind please note the following:

  • FedEx Ground is back operating normally today (9/15) but may still be slow due to backlog of orders.
  • USPS is currently operating normally until further notice.

We will be sending out email notifications to all pre-order customers this will potentially affect in the immediate future.

For currently in stock items, we should be able to turn around orders within 2-3 business days.
