Shipping Container Shortages

Dear Valued Customers,

This notice is to advise on potential delays to current items on pre-order due to congestion at several receiving ports along the United States Western Seaboard. The congestion began around February in Southern California and has recently began to affect ports to the North, including the Port of Seattle (which is where we receive our shipments).

Unfortunately, this has caused an unprecedented delay in receiving products to our shipping warehouse. As of writing this blog post, we are receiving notice that the congestion is now being reported to affect receiving ports on the Eastern Seaboard of the United States. Our logistics partners have also informed us that the port delays could last through to the end of 2021 and may be affecting other receiving ports world-wide.

While this is not an ideal situation, we are doing everything in our power with our logistics partners and ensuring our customers are aware of these delays. For more information on these delays, please review the included links:

As always, if you have questions or concerns pertaining to a pre-order, please do not hesitate to contact us either through our Contact Us page or by email: This delay shouldn't apply to currently shipping and in-stock items, particularly if they're domestic to the United States.
